Situated at abuout 120 m. altitude in a beautiful quite position with a view to the tuscan hills and the etruscan coast. In the green country of Casale Marittimo. Only a few chilometres from the sea of Marina di Cecina and Marina di Bibbona.
The house is divided in 3 apartments, the biggest one Lia has a big independent garden and covered terrace. The other 2 ones Ortenzia and Lavanda are same, with garden table, chairs and parasol, right to nord, next to the swimming-pool.
Parking in the closed private garden. Automatic gate.
Loundry room (1,80x1,80 m.) with washing machine.
The swimming-pool (4x7 m. open from 30 may to 15 september) is 20 m. far from the house. It has a shower outside and also an extra bath with w.c.; in the evening the swimming-pool will be closed automatically.
