IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR RESERVATIONS IN 2010 (excluding August):
At the beginning of 2009 Palazzeta Farm obtained authorisation from the council to restore and convert the old stables into new tourist accommodation. By end of the year 2010 the new structure should be completed and operational. It will be built according to bio-construction and bio-architecture regulations, and will include large private gardens, a big children's playground, sports facilities, a new heated swimming pool, restaurant and equipped beach area. The building work taking place will not in any way affect the current accommodation. Clients please note that the price of the apartment has been reduced by 20% to cover any possible disturbances which may arise from the work being carried out on the building site near the apartments of Fattoria Palazzeta. Let it be clearly understood by all parties that the discount is awarded by mutual consent and is determined as adequate compensation for any possible disturbances that may occur during the client’s stay at the Fattoria Palazzeta.
The old farm is situated in the centre of Tuscany, in a perfect position, 3 km from the sea and the town, but surrounded by the green countryside.
All our guests can use one swimmingpool for adults and one for children, solarium, children’s play space, tennis table, barbecue, bowls, a big gazebo to spend nice summer nights, self-service washing machine (euro 3,50/wash), hiring of bicycles (euro 5,00/day, euro 25,00/week), child seats available. Privat car parking inside the park of the residence.
The apartments have good furniture as each ouners taste.
At about 1 km there’s a supermarket.
The farm is in a perfect oasis contest, where nothing is far: the sea, the mountains, the hills, the Archipelago Islands, the numerous antique villages, the art cities Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Volterra.
