The recently constructed about 3 km from Ponteginori, is situated near the main road to Volterra, halfway between the hills and the sea of the Etruscan Riviera. The appartments are set among greenery and have the use of a lovely swimming pool (about 6 m x 12 m) with sun-deck, open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Typical Tuscan specialities such as hams and salami, produced naturally on the farm, are available. All the appartments, which have private entrances, terracotta floors and exposed beams, are furnished comfortably in Tuscan country style.
Games room. Shops for everyday needs, restaurants and bars are in Casino di Terra (about 1,5 km).
