Il Mulino is a country house, complete renovated in 2008 century, with a beautiful view to the Etruscan coast, divided in three apartments:, cmm 100 on the ground floor with garden (ca. 50 mq), cmm 101 on the first floor with terrace (ca. 20 mq) and one on the ground floor where the owner lives.
Each with separate entry from the common private garden gate.
Car parking.
The house keeps its original style with pavements made of Cotto stones (some rooms have modern ones), the roof is in wooden rafters.
The furnish is an alternative of modern and rustic types, and choose from the owner himself. Each apartment have large rooms good organized.
Pool (4x8 mt) with beach umbrella and sun chairs.
The position of Il Mulino, near the communal little road, is very comfortable, only 500 m from city centre, where it founds the principal service and the most important shops.
The Etruscans coasts is about 15 km from Il Mulino. Cecina Mare or Marina di Bibbona offer wonderful sand beach and beautiful pinewoods . In the ground floor founds a large washroom in common use, where it is possible to live some bikes or baggage.

The most famous Tuscany localities like Florence, Siena, Pisa (with its international airport Galileo Galilei), Volterra or Lucca, are reachable by car in about one hour.
