A beautiful detached house with 4 bedrooms and large garden only 4 km from Guardistallo and 10 km from the sea.
A really beautiful and tastefully furnished house and grounds. It is a couple of hundred years old and has been restored with all respect to the Tuscan architecture and furnished with noble contemporary design. The bathrooms are light and roomy, the kitchen practical and technological, the laundry room rational and easy to work in. The terrace is perfectly placed for the summer sunsets and is even on hot summer days optimally ventilated. You can dine here in style with at least 20 people. The entrance to the kitchen was a very good idea. Further, a large bathroom next to the laundry room on the ground floor. There is a stairway from the living room leading upstairs where there are 4 bedrooms: 3 double rooms and a single – a private bathroom and a further very large bathroom with solarium – that is a conservatory in the natural sun. From here there is an outside stairway to a small private garden.There is a small building in which a fitness room may be built, or the owners will use it themselves.
Between Montescudaio and Guardistallo, 4km from Guardistallo, 6km to the sea.. There is an Enoteca about 300m away where one can shop and also eat. |
