The house is equipped with all the technological services and electrical appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric water kettle,TV).
On the first floor, accessed by a wooden internal balcony, there are three bedrooms:
one with double bed and bath with shower/w.c.
One with double bed and hydromassage bathtub/w.c.
One with double bed. (all beds have single matrasses)
A wide portico to the garden, with two old olive trees and other local essences, permit the use of this outer space for lunch and other external activities.
The building is equipped with air conditioning (warm and cool).
Inside the property is possible the car park. |

The cottage was built renovating an old country building dating from the late nineteenth century, in a natural setting that reflects the characteristics of the area, a short distance from the sea and suitable for walking or cycling.
The building is located just 5 km from the center of Cecina and from the uncontaminated sea with wide beaches. Within minutes you come to places like Castiglioncello, Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Bibbona, Populonia.
Also a city of art (Pisa, Volterra, Colle Val d'Elsa, Siena and Florence) are within easy reach.
Dedicating a day, taking a ferry from Piombino, you can visit the island of Elba. |
