The Agriresidence is in the province of Livorno in Tuscany. In the heart of the Etruscan coast, about 3 km far from the sea and near the most important Tuscany tourist routes (Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Bolgheri, Volterra).
The residence is situated in a prime position in the middle of a private property of 40 hectares, surrounded by fields of sunflowers, olive trees and wheat ensuring our guests have the maximum benefit of the typical Tuscan countryside.
There are 14 apartments all very comfortable and furnished in a typical rustic tuscan style, divided into 3 buldings, all of which have been completely restored, set in spacious gardens with 2 large swimming pools (17 x 8 and 13 x 7 open from april to september) and patio areas, 8 barbecues, childrens playarea, volleyball and football.
We offer our visitors the chance to explore the property with a number of walks, bicycles are included in the price, covered parking.
We provide our guests with free internet access in the office, staff are on hand everyday, during office hours, to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Locally produced wine and olive oils are available to purchase, during your stay you will have the oppurtunity of sample these products. Laundry and a coffee making facilities are available on site.
The coastline is full of large empty beaches, cliffs, bathing establishments, discos, bars, and other places for enjoyable passing your time on holiday.
Nearby there are centres for sailing, windsurfing, diving, horse-ride and tennis.
